The 2022 African Business Professionals and Entrepreneurs Conference and Awards 7 aims to bring together about 200 budding and successful Business Professionals and Entrepreneurs in Africa and around, who are aspiring business owners, existing Entrepreneurs in various sectors and a team of highly successful and accomplished faculty and mentors, for the purpose of triggering significant momentum for a youth-led development in Africa.
This year’s Conference with the theme, Expanding Business Horizons; Capacity Building and Reliability in the Human Capital, will provide an array of opportunities to exchange ideas, explore new business options, discuss emerging technologies, share growth strategies, and obtain insights from global business leaders and experts, and community leaders.
There are different examples of businesses that have failed because they couldn’t incorporate divergent methodologies and perspectives into their business ideas and implementation. The Human Capital (in form of Communication Skills, technical skills, problem-solving, education, experience, mental health and personal resilience) would help you embrace the strength in personal contribution and commitment toward the bigger picture of financial and economic stability in this fast-paced continent of buying and selling to develop competencies that can make you more effective and sustainable in the market, and in the long run, increase the potential of these businesses to enrich life and solve most defiant problems.
